Excellence from Interior to Island

Island Creek Developments (ICD) is headed up by Alvin Benjamin and Patrick Davis, who first became business partners in 1997. Al and Pat started out their endeavours renovating existing buildings, shifting their focus to new multi-family developments in 2004. In just over 15 years, they have developed a total of seven multi-family projects, totalling nearly 200 residences.

Originally based in Nelson, BC, ICD relished in the small-town charm and easygoing culture. A project in Victoria prompted them to explore the rest of Vancouver Island, as they were drawn to the West Coast lifestyle. 

Built on a foundation of constant improvement, ICD is always searching for opportunities for innovation and enhancement. ICD is passionate about the smaller communities they are a part of, seeking out opportunities to contribute positively and encourage growth.
